Welcome to Mountain To Sea Newfoundlands

"Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole."

Mountain To Sea Newfoundlands

Mountain To Sea announced our first litter of Newfoundland puppies in the summer of 2005. Since then we have continued to seek out the best matches for the breeding of our animals for the continued improvement of the breed.

Newfoundlands: The Breed

Newfoundlands ("Newfies") have webbed feet and a water-resistant coat. Males weigh 60-70 kg (130-150 pounds), and females 45-55 kg (100-120 pounds), putting them in the "giant" weight range. Most Newfies are black, but brown and gray varieties exist.
